SE4 EP115 Exploring the Belizean Barrier Reef by catamaran - Sailing Belize

In this Episode; After saying goodbye to the Murrays, we're setting sail again for the gorgeous cays near the Belizean barrier reef. First up is Saltwater Cay and then nearby Carrie Bow Cay and Pompion Cay. Carrie Bow is home to a Smithsonian research station, you will see why! The reefs around these two cays are full of life and we take the video camera underwater to share some of the beauty that can be found here. Also a bonus aerial view as we launch the Phantom 4 Drone to share what this area looks like from above... We welcome Bruce and Brenda, John and Cory aboard Saltair3 to share the experience of learning to sail a big Cat and what it's really like living a life on the Sea. A week long adventure of learning to sail, getting a taste of what it’s like living on a catamaran in the Caribbean, how we make our power and our water, and how we provision, cook, diesel maintenance and more… all while exploring the amazing Belizean Barrier Reef!
