SDA258 Blown Out of Another Anchorage

At sunrise in Black Point, the sun came up beneath a heavy shelf of cloud while storm cells rolled in through sheets of rain. We start at Big Farmers Cay with dinner at Ocean Cabin on neighbouring Farmers Cay before weighing anchor and heading north to Black Point Settlement ahead of another wind change. While we’re there, Dave shares a preview of the new Fleet website we’ve been building behind the scenes. Then the weather turns stormy. We ride it out on anchor as the cells roll through, with sheets of rain, brief patches of blue sky, and an early morning sunrise breaking below the heavy shelf of cloud. When the wind shifts again and the anchorage becomes uncomfortable, we weigh anchor once more and continue north looking for better shelter.
