On this episode of Sailing Vessel Triteia I work to align the engine with the prop shaft before discovering my packing nut was leaking in a very bad way. After fighting to fix the packing nut I move back to getting the prop shaft bolted to the engine. This is part 2 of 4 (I think) episodes of me hooking up the engine. The next episode will show me diving on the prop to check its location, drilling the new holes for the motor mounts and continuing hooking up systems until late in the night. I hope you enjoy this episode and if you do please give it a “thumbs up”! I have began uploading “Patreon Only” videos to my Patreon page for Patrons donating a dollar or more a video if you would like to see clips that did not make it into the episodes. https://www.patreon.com/sailorjames Fair Winds, Sailor James - ⚓- Alberg 30’s have long been known and respected as blue water boats, from Yves Gelinas’ Jean-Du-Sud to being featured in John Vigor’s “Twenty Small Sailboats to Take You Anywhere”.
