Sailing Ula to Ibiza & Formentera, on Our Way to the Caribbean - Storms, and a Total Solar Eclipse

Join us aboard Ula as our Mediterranean adventure continues through the stunning Balearic Islands on our epic journey to the Caribbean. In this episode, we explore the beautiful islands of Ibiza and Formentera, discovering crystal-clear anchorages, charming coastal towns, and breathtaking scenery along the way. We spend time in the peaceful bay of Cala Llonga, wander the historic streets of Ibiza Old Town (Dalt Vila), and experience everything that makes these islands such a popular cruising destination. But not everything goes to plan... A powerful storm in Formentera reminds us just how quickly conditions can change at sea, testing both Ula and her crew. Then, nature delivers an unforgettable reward as we witness the incredible spectacle of a total solar eclipse—an experience we'll never forget. Whether you're planning your own Mediterranean sailing adventure, dreaming of cruising to the Caribbean, or simply love travel and life on the water, come aboard and share the journey with us.
