The BIG day is here. We set off for the longest sail we'll probably every do! We leave Costa Rica and sail out in the Pacific Ocean with the course set on Hilo, Big Island, Hawaii. 4100 Nm and 30 days out on the big blue! We are a Swedish couple who wanted a different kind of life. So we moved aboard our sailboat RAN, a custom built Beason 40 in aluminium, untied the lines in the middle of the Swedish winter and started to sail south along the coast of Europe.
