On the HOOK in HOPETOWN, FREE RUM, and a SURPRISE SUNSET HIDEAWAY!! This week on SailAway, settle in at Hopetown Harbor, picking up a mooring ball and rowing our way (yep, still) to shore. Thanks to crazy cheap bike rentals, we give you a tour of the island along with a little history as we make our way along the 8 miles of Elbow Cay. After discovering some hidden side stops, we finally reach our destination of Abaco Inn Resort where the Regatta Time Abaco Kickoff Party is taking place. FREE RUM!! Not only at the party, but a full bottle of Mount Gay in our swag bag! We steal some pool time at the resort, then make our way back to town, finding a surprise sunset spot that looks eerily familiar. :-) . All in all it's the kind of day we adopted sailboat living for.
