Our Life at Sea | Living OFF-GRID on a Sailboat

Welcome back aboard Stella Overboard! ⛵🌴 This week, we’re taking you along for a real look at what off-grid life aboard a sailboat in Indonesia is actually like. With our friends Georgia and Cai aboard, we sail through wild weather, make fresh sushi from a wahoo we caught ourselves, take Georgia on her first-ever scuba dive, explore incredible reefs and remote islands, and sail Stella through some seriously strong winds. Of course, living off-grid isn’t always paradise. Our watermaker starts giving us trouble, which means another boat project is added to the list. But while we’re working on Stella, Georgia and Kai head out spearfishing and return with fresh fish for lunch. 🐟 Days like these are exactly why we chose this life — sailing with friends, catching our own food, diving straight from the boat, fixing things as they break, and waking up surrounded by some of the most beautiful islands in Indonesia. Thanks so much for watching and supporting our adventures aboard Stella.
