Midsummer Sail (Part 3)
In episode 3 of my Midsummer Sail series, I reef the mainsail and prepare for heavier afternoon mountain winds. The forecast called for 14 mph winds with gusts to 21 mph. What I got were afternoon winds that were up and down, gusting into the 20s briefly and then going back down to less than 10 mph.
