Massive ISSUE After Buying Our First Sailing Boat

First week on board and what a rollercoaster of emotion it was. Having just bought and moved onto our dream sailing boat, we were hit with the obstacle of where to keep it. Being told to leave (with all marinas, everywhere full), is just not really what you want to hear when you have just bought something 40ft..however, our luck changed and we managed to find a space. However, we weren't out of the woods yet, we had to move the boat for the first time and then a storm hit and we spent the next few days sheltering from the rain and consistently checking our mooring lines.
