Learning how to make Arepas with Sobeida in Luperon, Dominican Republic.

Sobeida is the director the Ministry of Tourism in Luperon, but how does she spend her time off? She really tries to make all of the cruisers here feel at home. In our case, she invited us to her home to learn how to make a favorite local food. Arepas originated in Central/South America. Sobeida learned how to make them with her own personal style. Now, Luperon has a food that is not available anywhere else on earth.
