Leak at stern hawse fairlead - put it all back together

The port leak is sealed of and I have filled the holes with epoxy, after a couple of days I check the humidity and can see it is going down. I also finish the support for the washers and drill holes and mount the starboard hawsehole. Then I locate another leak by a safety hook and also fix that with some butyl sealant.
