My Rudder bearing left me off the coast of Anglesey last year with a serious leak that was getting faster by the hour. Who would have thought 2 tiny screws could have caused that!! Anyway this video is all about how I changed the lower bearing. The top bearing is simply a case of unscrewing and changing it, however the bearings I got from Drascombe didn;t fit properly so I just did the lower one and kept the old top one as-is. If you need any more help then just ask in the comments Enjoy! 00:00 The new stuff! 03:31 Cleaning up 07:15 Lower Bearing Fitting 09:40 Keel band bolts 15:35 Making the screw holes good 🌐 My new website: https://sailingwithdave.com ❤ī¸ Comments are open, ask anything you want in the comments section! đŸ“ĸ If you enjoyed this video, then please don't forget to share and let people know about the channel 🔔 Click here to "Subscribe" and never miss a video: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZVuUVKKtVxulmgL3WzejjQ?sub_confirmation=1
