Sailing Sweden’s East Coast in the Baltic Sea can be beautiful — and brutally hard sailing! In this episode of Bushpoint Sailing, we’re tacking into 20 to 30 knots on the nose and next day a KNOCKDOWN! Drama hits on board — and if you’ve been following us, you know that’s a rarity! As the wind builds to 45 knots just off the coast of Öland, we experience a full knockdown that reminds us who’s really in charge out here. 🌊 With shaky legs and tired smiles, we finally tie up in Borgholm, Öland, just in time for Midsummer celebrations, and meet up with our friends from Sailing Vessel Zephyros.
