We make the journey to Mackay where we jump aboard the Bavaria 44 that we will be delivery to Bundaberg, a non-stop 300 nautical mile trip. After stocking the boat with snacks we cast off the lines and head out into the big ol' blue. We are not alone, we have Jay, The Silver Fox aboard too. We get pretty comfortable on the 44 foot boat, having showers, listening to podcasts and cruising along in some very pleasant weather.
