Full Circle: Back to Where It All Began the BVI's

This week, we say goodbye to the stunning island of St. Martin and set our sights on the British Virgin Islands—a place that holds a very special piece of our story.⛵ Less than three years ago, this is where our adventure began. Now, after an incredible circumnavigation, we’re back—and this time, we get to experience the BVI in a whole new way. From exploring the legendary Baths, to incredible food and unforgettable days at Bitter End Yacht Club and Soggy Dollar, we soak up everything these islands have to offer. We snorkel the Indians, reconnect with old friends, meet amazing new people, and enjoy what may be the most relaxing 10 days of our entire circumnavigation. But there’s an even more special moment waiting for Davis… a visit to the Moorings base where our boat’s story began. And as if that wasn’t enough, we unexpectedly run into the captain who had to sign us off before we could get insurance and finally sail our brand-new catamaran back to Florida! Sometimes it’s the places, sometimes it’s the adventures—but more than anything, it’s the people who make this journey so unforgettable. ❤️ Come along as we return to where it all started and discover why the British Virgin Islands might just be one of the most meaningful stops of our entire journey. 🌴 The adventure continues… We are a suburban blended family that has raised our 3 older children and now want to travel the world. After planning and saving for the past 6 years, we are now embracing our dream of sailing around the world on our Leopard 45 sailing catamaran.
