We've flown from Grenada in the Caribbean to the USA to support our eldest son, Finn, as he lines up to defend his title at the 60th Head of the Charles Regatta, one of the most prestigious rowing races in the world. Just days earlier, Finn was in hospital with a head injury and suspected skull fracture. leaving his ability to race, let alone win, in serious doubt. This episode is about family, resilience , elite sport and the moments that make long journeys worthwhile, whether by sailboat or racing skiff.
