The Sapphire Falls resort hotel at Universal Orlando was a wonderful experience. It's a moderate - moderate + hotel with a crisp clean Coastal - Caribbean theme. Happily this resort hotel has its own water taxi to and from the Universal City Walk and themeparks. The video shows the lobby area with the stone turret that leads from the lobby to the lower level where the Amatista Restaurant and exit to the water taxi are located. You will get a glimpse of the large pool area which is a fabulous zero entry pool with a pool side bar and grill (Drhum Club Kantine), and movies under the stars. Also a snapshot of the Strong Water Tavern which has Tapas in the evening - delish! I highly recommend two tapas to enjoy. Truly a nice retreat for your stay at Universal Orlando. When cruising with Holland America Line one of the things we enjoy is the learning classes for the PC. These classes have handouts for you to take home with you, in case you forget what you've learned.
