From Chaos to Paradise: Sailing Vieques → Culebra → Puerto Rico E379

What started as a simple sail turned into a full-on emergency… As we left Vieques, a hose clamp suddenly snapped—dumping all our engine coolant in seconds. With no engine and two little ones onboard, we had no choice but to drop anchor fast and figure things out. From there, we sail on to Culebra—one of the cutest islands in Puerto Rico. We explore the famous Playa Flamenco, treat ourselves to some well-earned ice cream, take in the views, and tackle the never-ending cruiser chore… laundry. Next stop: Fajardo. A full-on mission to reprovision the boat before our next big sail to the US Virgin Islands.
