Just as the wood stove and choice of composting head are very personal decisions, so too is the under-mount galley sink that Steve has chosen for Arabella. He plans to hunt and fish wherever he roams, and because he loves making and eating home-cooked food, the galley that's coming together is rightfully taking up a good amount of real estate, space-wise. Steve has heard from trusted cruising friends about the convenience and practicality of the sink as a provider of convertible/flexible stowage and working surfaces, and so he's chosen a work station sink for the job.
