Fitting New Sails - Triton Osprey Refit Part 22

Fitting a new mainsail, furling genoa and storm jib on a Pearson Triton, including reefing gear. Below is a list and measurements of sails and running rigging for 36-foot mast with masthead rig: All measurements are actual length after I made allowance for stretch. Standard leech lines. All triple stitched. Sails by Far East Sails: Mainsail - Battenless, 7.62 oz. Challenge Marblehead Premium Dacron, no Logo. 3 standard reefs with tack jackline up to third reef so slugs don't need removal during reefing. Extra tabbing reinforcement on leech. Luff slides Bainbridge A014 Selden Internal nylon attached by stitched webbing. 7/16" round slugs on foot with aluminum clew slide (slot on boom is 3/16" wide). Luff: 31'3" Leech: 33'9" (sail maker to confirm mast to boom angle is approx. 88-89 degrees.) Foot 13'5" from aft side of mast to clew location. Cutback: 2" Cutup: 1" for tack and 0" for clew Sail entry: 4" above boom Sail area: 210 sq ft. Price = $1,319 USD Furling genoa - 6.77 oz. Challenge Marblehead Premium Dacron, foam luff, luff telltales, no logo. White Weathermax 80 UV cover port side with Tenara thread. Harken MKIV Unit 0 luff tape size. Luff: 34'0" plus 4" tack webbing extension and stainless ring on bottom end. Leech: 31'10" Foot: 14'6" 33" from top of furler drum to sail feed slot. Sail area: 230 sq ft. Price = $1,176 USD Running rigging specs. All double braid polyester from Cajun Ropes: Jib halyard - 3/8" x 74' Main halyard - 3/8" x 74' Spinnaker halyard - 75' Staysail halyard - 3/8" x 57' Boom topping lift - 5/16" x 76' Jib sheet - 7/16" x 96' Mainsail sheet - 3/8" x 75' Pole topping lift - 5/16" x 39' Pole downhaul - 5/16" x 35' Boom preventers - 2 pieces 5/16" x 46' each. Nettles - 9 pieces 1/4" x 5' each.
