First Time Entering the Dominican Republic by Sailboat

After a long journey across the Thorny Path, we’ve finally made it to the Dominican Republic, our new home base for hurricane season! In this episode, we settle into Luperón, explore town life, test out a motorcycle, prep for a haul out (with a little scheduling surprise), and start making a plan to upgrade our catamaran, Thalia. From getting fresh produce to managing loose rigging, we’re slowly getting our feet back under us in this new country.
