Finally to Madeira on Outremer 55 Opus - Part 3 - Gibraltar to Lanzarote (Sailing Greatcircle 370)

Finally we will make it to Madeira. All our attempts so far were blocked by adverse weather conditions but this time it looks quite ok. We head due west from Gibraltar for 3 days and still have plenty of tim to enjoy the archipelago before joining the rest of Team Outremer at Rubicon marina on Lanzarote to prepare Opus for her Atlantic crossing Arriving at Lanzarote we met Simon and Lucia again on the brand new cat they are sailing now. Simon was crew around the world for our favourite Mexican family on their L52S Maroro, the same boat as Greatcircle 1. Nice opportunity to see their boat and shoot some footage back and forth!
