EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! (pt.1) Ep.167 Building my steel sailing yacht

I explain some 'Post-it notes' house-keeping and finalise some details work for the X4 install areas that make up this penultimate batch of fit-out work, including some more top-coat spray-painting, fitting a panel beam, installing shelf supports and then install the cabin 2 locker, which DID exceed my expectations! Mistress is designed by one of the highly respected Dutch naval architects E.G. Van de Stadt, a Caribbean design, length 40ft/12m, beam 13ft/3.9m, draft 5ft/1.5m. Her hull and decks are built in mild steel and I have built her on my own and am also fitting her out on my own. I have not built any type of boat before Mistress. There were many reasons why, but the work stopped,... However, the work has re-started, thankfully, and I am on an exciting journey to finish Mistress and then go on my sailing adventures,...
