Episode 68 – Warranty Work Complete – Time to Come Home

The remaining warranty work is now complete. The third black water tank was the charm and the power point in the owner’s stateroom was relocated per original specifications. We were hoping for a 2-day sail home but the weather did not cooperate. The slight zypher was behind us, robbing us of precious apparent wind, the temperature reached 100 degrees Fahrenheit and the seas were glass. We could not have picked a worse day to bring “Moments in Time” back home. We decided to motor the distance and power through the heat. We departed at 10:30 am and arrived in our home berth at 06:00 PM without incident. Did we say it was hot!? It was hot!!!, really really hot! It is good to be back. Subscribe and share the adventure!
