In this episode (part 1) we head out from St. John's Island, SC at 1st light, thru Elliot Cut at slack tide, across Charleston Bay...and dock at the Isle of Palms. We are headed north to the Chesapeake Bay for summer sailboat repairs, improvements and further re-fit. This successful leg of our journey was a welcome respite from some recent boating challenges...
