What makes our boats so strong? It is the layers upon layers of fibreglass we apply to all of our boats, evenly coated, and rolled with precision to ensure no air pockets are present. Following a layer of gelcoat, the entire deck receives a tie layer (first layer of chopped fibreglass) before their main laminate in polyester, which comprises a combination of chopped fibreglass, fibreglass cloths, double bias and core mat to provide extra strength and stiffness.
