This seminar will include new crew overboard rescue techniques developed by Captain Tom Tursi and the Maryland School staff of instructors with special application to unfriendly weather conditions of strong winds, large waves, night time, fog and situations where only one crewmember remains onboard who must singlehandedly maneuver the boat into a safe rescue position.
