
"Cooking With Nicole" Thanksgiving Dinner

Perfect Pie Crust 1 1/4 cup butter 3 Cups Flour 1 teasp sea salt 1 egg 2 tablesp vinegar 3 1/2 tablesp water Roll our between 2 pieces of wax paper ~~~~~ Yummy Stuffing I had leftover organic olive bread and sour dough French bread that I cubed. About 3 cups, I'd guess. Fry 3/4 cup chopped celery, onion & mushrooms in butter. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth and 3 tablespoons more butter. Pour over bread and stir. Add 1/2 cup dried cranberries. Stuff bird or place in a buttered baking dish and bake until ready. ~~~~~~ Yummy Mashed Red potatoes Clean red potatoes and dice with skins on. Boil until you can easily pierce with a fork. Drain and add milk, butter and parsley and mash. To make them tastier you can add sour cream, bacon bits, graded cheese, chives, garlic....OMGosh! DELICIOUS! ~~~~~ Angel Eggs Boiled eggs, cut in half and remove yoke. Add to yoke a good splash of pickle juice Miracle whip (sweeter than mayo) A squirt of mustard Sea salt & pepper to taste Garnish with olive slice ~~~~~~ For Thanksgiving leftovers, try layering your left overs in a baking dish and heat it up. OMG! Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole. Don't forget the cranberry sauce.
