Nicely Done, a Columbia 27 listed for sale with YOTI, has been well cared for and maintained attentively by her current and very long term owner. She features a completely re-furnished 8Hp Yanmar engine with the major works being completed in 2013. Much of her wood work has either been replaced, re-varnished or both. Most of the running rigging has been recently replaced, her covers are new and she includes a good sail wardrobe.
