Day 1 saw a rainy start to The BVI Spring Regatta. And with the rain came plenty of wind. Earlier in the week,competitors enjoyed the Festival portion of the BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival with light wind racing, a party on the beach, and a day dedicated to Tortola Island Heritage.
