While we try to keep the content light, this episode includes one of the sadder realities of what it is to be human. We have struggled with whether to include a couple of scenes, but threw caution to the wind and included them anyway. One of the most important pieces of equipment on the boat, that you are literally depending on to keep you from floating away, is your anchor and chain. Naturally, when you must link your new chain up to the anchor with a shackle, you don’t want to trust the job to just anyone. Ivan our 11year old, was the perfect fit. Just when you think you have crossed the t’s and dotted the lower-case j’s, life can serve you up a “s*@t sandwich”. My loving, caring, wonderful sister, has lived life playing by the rules, yet she has been forced to fight the heinous, dark killer, that is cancer. Watching her struggle reinforces our thoughts that you never know what is around the corner, so live life to the fullest. A big thank you to the talented artists who have allowed us to use their music. In this episode Cricket Farm – Bending spoons The Frank Burkitt Band – Recycled blues Cricket Farm – Coastin And to Paula Hudson from Te Pahu Sound Lounge for making the music happen. Vinaka vaka levu to Josh Lyon. You are the wind in our sails! And thank you to Kevin Biggar and his cold dead eye. Sorry it didn't get to see this one. Thanks for watching Rob, Rachel, Finn, Declan and Ivan
