75 Hard Day 45 The knee feels so much better!

Day 45 of the 75 Hard Challenge complete! 💪🔥 This morning’s workout was a 45-minute walk/run session, although the majority of it turned into running. I left it a bit later than planned and the heat was definitely kicking in, as you’ll see in today’s video, but I pushed through and got it done. The biggest positive right now is my knee. For the first time in a long while it genuinely feels like it’s improving. The swelling has reduced, movement feels better, and I’m finally starting to get some confidence back with the running again. Still taking it steady, still listening to the body, but progress is progress. Everything else is on track onboard: ✅ Workouts complete ✅ Water intake on target ✅ Reading done ✅ Diet clean ✅ Progress photo taken One day at a time. One step at a time.
