68 - Sailing to Fiji with No Mainsail

Just one problem... We couldn't use our mainsail! We've mentioned it in prior videos, but we lost the battens overboard during a storm in Neiafu after I didn't lash them down properly when the mainsail was off getting repaired. Not one of my better moments, that's for sure. So instead, we found a weather window with plenty of wind and sailed using only our headsails. This worked out better than I expected as it took us less than 3 days to sail the 421nm into Savu Savu. Plus we managed our 3rd spinnaker flight in a row! It barely counts as successful, but without any additional rips, I'll take it! Thanks for watching!
