Today I decided to get up early before work and to exercise! At first I did not want to move out of bed, I was a comfortable and cozy. Then I had to remind myself that I made a commitment to myself and to my husband that I would always changes in my life. I am glad that I did get up, was not lazy and got up. Even though the workout was real quick, I did felt good afterwards. That sweat suit you can go to Walmart and get one, I was sweating for that little time.
