Finally! Although the deck is far from perfect, we're super proud of how it came out. The interlux brightside looks good, but the show stopper is the KiwiGrip. It was so easy to apply and it looks awesome, feels great, and seems like it'll grip bare feet or shoes extremely well. We can't wait to see how it holds up to the wear and tear or cruising life. A couple notes on the KiwiGrip: It did go on thick but it didn't cover as well as I'd hoped in a few areas so I think we'll do a second coat before we splash Freebie. Also, the white KiwiGrip looks good when clean but I can already tell it may be hard to keep it that way. We'll be swabbing the decks frequently! More updates on the KiwiGrip and other projects as we go. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Not-A-Broker Consulting: https://www.patreon.com/notabrokerconsulting Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/learningthelines/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/learningthelines/ If you're interested in KiwiGrip or any other PYI products check out the link below! http://www.pyiinc.com/ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Learning the Lines is a channel about us, an average couple in our 20's, with big dreams to be sailing the world by the time we're in our 30's. We're not afraid to jump into anything, put in the work, and learn as we go. For this reason our channel is very DIY focused, with the goal to show anyone watching that a lot is possible if you're not afraid to make some mistakes along the way.
