Originally was built in 2012 as a passenger vessel under Turkish Lloyds Class In 2015 ALIZE was purchased by the present owners who made a substantial investments to convert the vessel into a private home. Master cabin was built at the second deck together with with a large saloon, unsuite, kitchen and private deck. 35 tons of ballast has been added to the keel to enhance stability, Solar Panels installed together with large GEL batteries storage and new air-conditioning units. Following the refit Stability tests has been made and are all documented in the stability booklet. In addition to the master suite at the second deck there are 4 basic double bed guest cabins at the lower each with it's own bathroom. These cabins can be upgraded. There are crew accommodation for 4 crew in two cabins. The vessel is super-clean, painted fresh all over and very well maintained both mechanically and aesthetically. ALIZE can be also used as a commercial vessel for various use.
