Hi, this is Lisa from Music & Lyrics, and THIS is my 30-day challenge. In the last episode, I shared why I was doing this, and how I was using supplements from Plexus to support my goals. Day 1: Weight: 144.4 Measurements: 38 Chest; 31 Waist; 38 Hips Day 7: Weight: 142.7 Energy: UP!! 6/10 score This episode shares how I find alternate ways to get exercise without necessarily leaving the boat. On days where it isn’t blazing hot, I got off the boat and went for long walks. Other days, I used downloaded videos to get some exercise. Some days I felt great, others, not so much.
