25 Miles Alone Into 30 Knots: Trusting a New Boat in Heavy Weather - Ep 37 [EN]

🌊 Join me, Jacqueline Evers, on my epic journey around the world aboard my 27-foot Grinde, Loveworkx. I leave Muiderzand knowing this won’t be an easy sail. Twenty-five miles to Enkhuizen doesn’t sound like much, but the forecast is 27–30 knots, increasing—and this is a new boat. I’m sailing alone, and that changes everything. Every decision matters more. Every sound is louder. Behind me, dark clouds build. Lightning flashes in the distance. Squalls are coming. The next day, a massive roll cloud moves in overhead. I’m safely docked, watching the raw power of nature—grateful, grounded, and exactly where I need to be. 💙 Love my videos?
