We LOVE going to Vietnam for many reasons, but the coffee culture is definitely one of them. We were spoiled in the North this trip as we discovered a new kind of coffee, egg coffee. It is fabulous. And, we overindulged on our milk coffee and coconut coffee. They never disappoint. And, the people watching in the Old Quarter never disappoints. There's definitely a hierarchy to the cafe culture - the egg coffee at Cafe Giang was definitely the best as was their chocolate coffee. But, when does iced coffee on a hot afternoon disappoint? We hope you enjoy this glimpse into the coffee culture and have a chance to try the Vietnamese coffee some day. We have much to learn as we travel the world on our floating home and we intend to document that journey and share it with you.
