11 days until I starting the GREATEST adventure of my life

11 days. And today’s very important question is: Where the hell do I put all the food? 😂 I found myself sitting inside one of the port-side lockers thinking, this feels pretty cold… potatoes? Onions? What lives here for the next eight months? My food is coming, which means very soon I have to somehow fit months of supplies into Showgirl while still being able to actually find things once I’m at sea. Meanwhile, the SSB radio needed attention, we found some issues with the antenna, and the clock is very much NOT slowing down for me. In two days I have an inspection, so right now everything needs to be where it should be and working as it should. The last thing my bank account needs after the past few months is a big fine because something isn’t right. 😅 It’s funny how close we are now. I’m about to sail solo, non-stop around the world, and today my brain is occupied by radio antennas and whether potatoes will be happy in a locker. I guess this is what 11 days to go looks like.
