1 hour Yin Yoga class with some Hatha elements for Spine, Hips and Abs

This is a Yin yoga session with focuses on the stimulation of the spine, hips, legs and abs. You need to wear comfortable clothing that you can freely move in, a yoga mat, a yoga bolster or alternatively a rolled up pillow, towel or blanket and a yoga strap or alternatively a fitness strap or long shawl. If you have essential oils at home, choose a calming wood oil if you have, like Vetiver, Frankincense, Myrrh or Cedarwood. I used the doTERRA Frankincense Touch roller for my practice. This practice should be accessible for most bodies, but if anything does feel painful or inaccessible, just wait that pose out or change for a different pose you enjoy.
