Every time I'm leaving from home to join my assignment given by the agency takes a lot of courage to fulfill my obligation and finish the contract. From the day I left is the start of my journey as one of the OFW, SEAMAN, SAILOR, SEAFARER, or MARINO. Whatever it called these words makes you a stronger and better person as long as you will take the right path and never engage with the things that you will regret in the future. Remember you will be far away from your love once and one of the consequences of being away from them can drive you in some sickness and no one can take care of you but yourself. Now, she's looking to put together her own team for the next edition of The Ocean Race, and with the Grand Finale touted for Genoa, Italy, local interest is high and her ambition is resolute. Emily Nagel was the youngest female sailor to compete in the 2017-18 edition of The Ocean Race, and one of the youngest sailors in the race's history. She opens up to Niall about being part of the Bermuda Youth America's Cup team, fulfilling her dream of sailing around the world in The Ocean Race, and the psychological pain of missing a leg of the race through injury.

The water level is down and winter is coming so we took a couple days to winterize the boat and get her ready for a couple months off. At the island of Evia (on the eastside of Greece's mainland with Ahtens), exists a unique place with more than 80 natural springs. The city of Loutra is famous for these hotsprings, where the waters contain many minerals, including calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, and sodium. The temperature of the spring water varies, some springs reach 75–85 °C. We jumped off the boat and swam to shore in about 10 minutes, and we could already feel the water getting warmer. The fascinating thing was that natural rock pools have been formed right along the coastline. You can sit in these baths, use the yellow sand to rub in your body and then rinse it of with the termal waters. Watch the drone video we made flying along the rock pools and ending with a natural 75°C waterfall!
