While visiting the northern islands of Indonesia I was struck by the Singapore skyline at sunset, especially with the contrast of the humble fishing village in the foreground. When shooting this video I imagined a little child standing on shore in this fishing village, staring across the sea at the glittering Singapore skyline with it's promise of wealth and a better life so tantalisingly close, but still a world away. Somehow, this is kind of relaxing and pretty. Try to guess the streets (aside from Van Ness) I recommend using the GoPro mount instead of the default rubber strap. The strap is either too loose, so the camera slips on bumpy roads, or it's too tight, and the mount eventually breaks. The GoPro mount also reduced some of the vibration of the strap mount, making for a cleaner video.

This week we attempted to make vegan meatballs. May have worked if we had cooked the meatballs in the oven, instead of on the stove. Maybe we will try it sometime. This meat sauce was VERY good though, and a lot easier than making meatballs.
