Replacing the wood panels on the salon windows. Again Andy does a staining job without getting video for me. Apparently this was quite the process as he had to go to several stores to get the right color of stain. But in the end, the wood panel looks like the rest and you can't even tell that it was replaced. He did an excellent job color matching. About the project: Wood paneling was purchased in 4 ft x 8 ft sheets of 1/4 in paneling from Lowes. Total Boat Spar varnish was purchased on Amazon. What an incredible several days of diving in Fakarava, Tahiti. We dove the south pass and saw hundreds of sharks every dive WITHOUT chumming. The sharks were there naturally because of the current. After the dive we dropped off our tanks at the shop and stayed in the shallows to snorkel with the blacktip reef sharks! Very basic/simple accommodations, but totally epic diving!
