In this weeks episode we land our dinghy on an uninhabited island and go exploring. There is something very magical about having an island all to yourself to explore at will on a sunny day. After this we head further up the loch to Ullapool to stay for a little while. Whilst here we meet up with friends and have a lot of fun sharing our favourite things to do. There is fine dining, fishing and a glacial slot canyon with magnificent waterfalls. So tune in and relax to enjoy all of this in one packed episode. The Gulfstar is getting a well deserved new paint job. When Deb and I first got her, we knew she needed to be repainted. We put it off thinking that when we first got her, we my rub up against a dock or two while I learned to handle her in all conditions. Well time went by and we didn't get her done after that first year. It is time, we have been planning on putting the new name and logo on the stern, and then wanted to remove the green stripe and replace it with Toupe to match all of the covers and Sunbrella. Now is the time. She was pulled out this week to have the hull painted. She is also getting a bottom job, repairing the one blister that was on the survey when we bought her and still the only one she has and also having the accent strip on the hull and coach house repainted to match and having her all buffed and waxed. Un troisième Imoca a franchi la ligne d'arrivée d'Itajai. Queguiner Leucémie Espoir est arrivé 9 h 38' 59'' après PRB. C'est un très beau parcours qu'ont réalisé Yann Eliès et Charlie Dalin. Dès le départ, le duo réalisait une superbe performance en suivant le rythme endiablé donné par les "foilers" après le coup de canon du départ au Havre. Et judicieusement, il glissait légèrement plus Sud que ses concurrents pour aborder la dépression irlandaise à l'Ouest. Premier à virer de bord dans une mer hachée et une forte brise, Quéguiner-Leucémie Espoir prenait la tête de la flotte IMOCA déjà clairsemée par les avaries. My wife just got a hover board for my son right before the news started saying the blowup, exploding into fire. I don't expect this to happen, but just like the rest of the lipo batteries we have, the charge in the garage over cement. We have many RCs and this can happen with their batteries as well. You just can't live in fear every time the media hypes up something, but I can't blame them, fear drives ratings. Never let a good disaster go to waste.
