Treated myself to a visit of the Interboot in Friedrichshafen in late 2017. So this are model year 2018 boats I'm bitching about. Everything said here is just my opinion. **NOW SOLD** Lying south of Perth, and in as new condition, 'Infinity I' is a 2013 Lagoon 52 exclusively listed for sale with YOTI Multi. https://www.yoti.com.au/listing/lagoon-52-infinity-i-2 Delivered with nearly every boxed ticked, ' Infinity I' was commissioned in Europe where she was cruised lightly by her very experienced and fastidious first owners. She was then shipped to Australia and is currently berthed in South Western Australia. From the moment you board 'Infinity I' there is a feeling of space and light. Her cockpit is spread across two seating areas with a separate dinette to starboard and huge daybed and lounging area to port. There is a wet bar, drinks fridge and ice maker to forward and to port in the cockpit. The saloon has a great sized galley to port with Miele Dishwasher, front opening fridge and very usable storage. To starboard is another huge dinette with two separate leather chairs for additional seating. Moving below, the owners cabin is aft and to starboard. The huge island bed is athwartships and situated forward of a good sized ensuite with separate shower. In the forward starboard hull is another good-sized cabin with island berth and separate ensuite and shower. In the port hull is another cabin, again with a good-sized island double with separate ensuite and shower. Accessed from the cockpit is a huge guest cabin with island double and a huge ensuite and shower. The flybridge is set up to control the whole boat. Visibility from the helm is fabulous, with all of the electric primary, maneuvering and mainsheet winches all within reach. At the helm is Raymarine touchscreen GPS with AIS and radar. 'Infinity I' is powered by twin 75hp Yanmar diesels and an Onan 17.5kva genset. Also optioned at order was 60000btu air conditioning in all cabins and a 290L/h water maker. The Highfield RIB with a 40hp Honda 4 stroke outboard are stored on large davits with an electric davit winch to starboard. **NOW SOLD** Launched in 2006, ‘Topcat III’ is a great example of Catalina’s most popular yacht model and comes with many extra features. She’s a Mark II, presenting in very good condition and is exclusively for sale through YOTI. http://www.yoti.com.au/listing/catalina-320-mkii-topcat-iii Her sail wardrobe was upgraded in 2010 with a new ‘Evolution’ main and #2 furling jib. There is a near new #1 and a third used #2 also in her inventory. Her fully battened main has two reefs and stows neatly into a boom bag with lazy jack lines making it very easy for single handing. All lines lead neatly aft to the coach roof to twin sets of jammers and Lewmar S/T winches and all lines can be stowed neatly into rope bags. The mainsheet traveller is mounted on the coach roof nicely out of the way. An added feature when shorthanded is the Course master auto pilot which is mounted on the steering pedestal but can also be controlled from the chart table. She is well equipped with a Raymarine C80 chart plotter with Raymarine wind and speed instruments also mounted on the steering pedestal. She is fitted with a Morse single throttle control for ease of manoeuvrability and she also features a Muir windlass control. The 320's are known for their cockpit space and comfort. Topcat III has a lovely open transom (which can be closed with an additional insert aft of the helm) allowing easy yet safe access to and from the water. With a hot water supply above and below decks, shore power, holding tank and massive refrigeration, you won’t find a better equipped 32ft yacht. She also caters for your comfort with plush white cockpit cushions and has a retractable cockpit table that stows neatly at the helm when not in use. Further features include her electric windlass, self-tailing winches, jammers and rope bags - all of which contribute to her easy sailing. Accommodation below decks includes a large V berth, big saloon with drop down table converting to a double berth, single saloon berth and large aft double cabin. **NOW SOLD** Takani, a 2012 Hanse 495, represents one of the best examples we’ve seen of these well renowned big volume cruising yachts, and is now proudly and exclusively listed for sale with Yoti. http://www.yoti.com.au/listing/hanse-495-takani This Hanse 495 has been a very well cared for member of the family who have owned her since new and has been intelligently optioned. Twin wheels, self-tacking headsail, electric winches, with bow thruster, all make for easy handling while the yachts performance will very much impress. All lines are led aft to the twin helms allowing the coachroof to be completely clear of lines or winches. Impressively, for a larger yacht, she can be easily sailed by one person or two up. The massive owner’s cabin forward features an island berth with inner spring mattress and completely separate head and shower spaces. The well ventilated and lit saloon includes the full in-line galley to port with excellent refrigeration plus additional freezer (upgrade). Due West is a three cabin owners version with starboard suite and has most recently cruised to Australia from Europe. Her owners chose the 380 for her sea going capabilities, proven build quality, comfort and of course the Lagoon brand. Due West has enjoyed significant upgrades prior to and during her recent cruise. All standing rigging was replaced new in 2016. A custom bimini frame and hard top were installed new in 2016. Batteries, solar panel (mounted on the stainless davits), LED nav lights internal LED lights all new 2016. The custom trampoline with Dyneema attachments system was replaced new in 2017. All seacocks were replaced 2016. The overall size of the 380 covers all bases including simple couple day sailing, extended family cruising and even entertaining multiple guests. Few catamarans produced even today are able to offer such a useable and practical steering position as the 380 – that is one able to clearly view all four corners of the vessel while being slightly elevated from the cockpit yet having complete uninterrupted contact with guests in the cockpit and even saloon. Two people can comfortably sit at the helm on the double cushioned reversible helm seat (2016). The sliding door and window seamlessly links the cockpit and saloon. The galley is just where we want it: up, and within reach of both the saloon and cockpit tables. The Lagoon signature vertical windows offer space and protection from the sun. The owner’s hull to starboard includes a large double aft cabin with custom mattress, a huge amount of storage, a handy writing desk and more storage separates the cabin and the large head with separate shower stall. The port hull includes two good sized doubles and second head and shower. Instruments, mainly by Raymarine, include colour plotter at the nav station, auto-pilot and AIS receiver. This is a social catamaran easily handled by two yet with enough room and proven capability to cruise oceans and importantly has been updated where it matters. Nun haben wir doch die POLARIS am Bodensee verkauft und uns ein etwas größeres Schiff am Lago Maggiore zugelegt. Unsere neue, die ORIZON, ist eine Sunbeam MS11 Baujahr 1996. Für dieses Boot haben wir ein neues Raymarine Navigationsystem und einen 25kg Rocnar Anker gekauft. **NOW SOLD** Kick is a 1994 Elliot 1050 listed exclusively for sale with YOTI. Born from an appetite for One Design boats, Greg Elliot’s design in the 1050 commands huge respect from both sides of the ditch. These cruiser / racers took advantage of modern design trends at the time and the result is a successful mix of space, performance and stability. The plumb bow and wide waterline beam which continues aft gives a huge amount of space below which comfortably fits three double berths, a big saloon, proper galley plus even a fully enclosed head. The cockpit size is also impressive and very useable. Elliot was able to offer all this space and functionality still in a yacht that simply looks right in the water. The lead bulb gives this 34 footer lots of stand up drive and very good upwind performance. Dyform rigging was replaced 2008. Instruments are largely by Raymarine. Kick’s sail wardrobe is solid and has been partly updated recently. Her current owners have added some handy upgrades making the yacht easy to handle shorthanded which have included new furler (2017), new furling genoa and stack pack or boom bag with lazy jacks, all in just 2017. Harken self tailing genoa winches were installed new in 2015. The Yanmar 28Hp has been regularly serviced and the yacht was anti-fouled in October 2017. Treated myself to a visit of the Interboot in Friedrichshafen in late 2017. So this are model year 2018 boats I'm bitching about. Everything said here is just my opinion. The complaints voiced are the textbook definition of first world problems. Just a nudge for the manufacturers. The last couple of steps one could take to propell a boats interior from very good to perfect. Or some minor things for potential buyers to maybe take into account. She presents as new and comes with a myriad of upgrades which include, asymmetrical spinnaker with top down furler, halyard blocks and sheets. Canvas pack including winch covers and tiller cover. Im März 1937 legte der Berliner Architekt Robert Kisch die Pläne für die Kaserne in Krampnitz vor. Das Heeres-Neubauamt begann im Frühjahr 1937 mit den Bauarbeiten. Fertigstellung wahrscheinlich gegen 1939. Der Umzug der Heeres-Reit- und Fahrschule erfolgte in Etappen und begann bereits 1937 mit dem Lehrstab und wurde 1939/40 abgeschlossen. Seit November 1938 unterstand die Heeres-Reitschule dem „Chef der Schnellen Truppen“, General Heinz Guderian. Im Juni 1941 erfolgte die Umbenennung in „Schule für Schnelle Truppen“, 1943 in „Panzertruppenschule II Krampnitz“. Im Winter 1944 erfolgte die Verlegung der Hauptbestandteile der Panzertruppenschule nach Bergen, nur die berittenen Ausbildungseinheiten verblieben in ihren Kasernen. Das Gelände der Militäranlage ist rund 120 ha groß. Die prägenden Bauten sind der weithin sichtbare Turm unmittelbar am Eingang, das Offizierkasino, das Offizierswohnheim und das Fähnrichswohnheim. Die Gebäude stehen unter Denkmalschutz und sind typisch für die Militärarchitektur der 1930er Jahre. Ab 1945 war hier die Sowjetarmee stationiert, nach 1992 wurde das Gelände nicht mehr militärisch genutzt. 2008 wurde das Gelände vom Land Brandenburg für rund 4,1 Mio. Euro an die TG Potsdam Entwicklungsgesellschaft verkauft. Die hat im Sommer 2011 einen Masterplan vorgelegt, der den Bau und die Sanierung von knapp 400 Gebäuden mit 1.651 Wohnungen auf 75 ha vorsieht.[1] Das Gelände wird gerne vom nahen Filmstudio Babelsberg aus als Kulisse genutzt, so wurden hier u. a. Szenen zu den Kinofilmen Enemy at the Gates, Resident Evil, Mein Führer, Inglourious Basterds, Effi Briest und Monuments Men gedreht. Quelle: Wikipedia
