Representing an easy, safe, fun and comfortable cruising option, this Hunter 33 offers a heap of big boat features. The targa bar supports a large bimini for weather protection while also offering sturdy hand holds and of course keeping the mainsheet well clear of the cockpit. Boom bag, lazy jacks, furling genoa, electric windlass and an auto-pilot all make for easy handling. A good sized folding cockpit table is practical without crowding the cockpit plus features those all important drink holders. Princess seats are importantly included as is the semi-opening transom, gas BBQ and swim ladder. Good Raymarine instrumentation with colour plotter at the helm plus VHF and an updated Fusion stereo make the electronic package very sufficient. Accommodation features a large double V berth forward and large double aft cabin – both with closing doors, inner spring mattresses and a surprising amount of floor space. A good sized U shaped saloon with dropping table for an additional double berth is to port opposite a long settee, nav station and fully enclosed electric head with holding tank. The large galley is functional, sea kindly and simply works. We had lots of fun sailing Castello II and are very impressed with her condition and value.
