The Chinese always say the city and province are known for spicy food and it didn't disappoint. The most popular restaurant is hotpot with more than 30,000 available places to boil your meats and vegetables. At night, the city comes alive especially the area around the river and bridges. There is a 9-10 story touristy shopping area with traditional stalls and items for sale. Klassy Kady is no longer for sale by JMYS. The Kadey Krogen 48 North Sea design is an ideal long-range trawler for an active cruising couple. Klassy Kady is hull number 25 in the series and a 2004 model year boat with the popular widebody saloon arrangement. She is ocean ready rugged and elegantly sophisticated, a pleasing blend of form and function. She has been lovingly looked after, regularly upgraded and presents as a much younger looking yacht than her model year designation. The teak wood joinery, carpet over wood soles, Corian counters, Ekornes Stressless recliners, comfortable upholstery and inclusion of large windows create a very spacious, comfortable and homey environment for spending extended time aboard. The interior accommodations on Klassy Kady are arranged into a three cabin, two head layout. The port guest cabin has two bunk beds for visitors. James and Patti Hunt are Australians who truly have the traveller’s spirit, having extensively backpacked as young Australians throughout Europe in the early 1980’s. They were introduced to sailing in the chilly conditions off the south coast of England and purchased their first yacht ‘Wanderlust’ a Hurley 24 in 1987. By 1995 they made the decision to find the ideal cruising yacht to become their travelling home and subsequently purchased ‘La Aventura’ (Spanish for ‘The Adventurer’) from Jimmy Cornell. Over the next 25 years they sailed two-handed to 73 countries and covered approximately 50,000 miles, including a circumnavigation of the UK, two seasons in the Baltic, sailing to Eastern Europe, St Petersburg, Russia, on to the Mediterranean in 2000, where they spent the next 11 summers, then Turkey, Cyprus, Syria, Lebanon and Israel. By 2012 they crossed the Atlantic to the Eastern Caribbean, before spending 6 years exploring the Eastern and Western Caribbean, Panama, Cuba and east coast USA. ‘La Aventura’ is now back in the UK and for sale, having just completed a voyage from the Western Caribbean, back across the Atlantic via Bermuda and the Azores. The Moody 45DS offers single level sailing and living on board from cockpit to saloon with wrap around protected views from the luxurious saloon. The quality Mahogany finish interior is beautiful and practical. An asymmetric spinnaker with top-down furler is included with a custom retractable bowsprit. A 60 L hr water maker has been installed. Electronics by Raymarine include two colour plotters, AIS (transmit and receive) plus two auto-pilot drive units. The 8KVA Fischer Panda generator is neatly installed in the seriously adequate engine room. Two reverse cycle air-conditioning units service all cabins. There are new boats and old boats and the time between to make adventure happen is precious. At the beginning of our journey, we had some tough choices to make about our boat/home purchase. Originally, we were looking at blue water monohulls, but the boats in our price range needed surveys and survey reports suggested a lot of work and time on the hard. In the end, we decided to buy a Lagoon Catamaran. We didn't know each other very well and we had limited sailing experience.
