Hey Guys, So the big decision I had to make was whether or not to sell my beloved narrowboat Grayswood. I had to make this decision following an opportunity to buy a 57ft narrowboat. I was visiting a friend who was staying in Aston Marina and whilst we were out walking the dogs, I seen the advert for Grayswood. I said to my friend “that looks a nice boat” and as I said it the marina manager appeared and asked if we would like a look inside. Naturally we did. After looking inside the boat, we made an offer after going back for a second viewing, after some negotiations within a week she was ours pending a survey. She was hauled out the following week and the survey went well. We kept her out on the hard standing for a further six weeks whilst we renovated the insides including fitting a new kitchen and bathroom. In den letzten 6 Monaten hat Sie aber eine erstaunliche Entwicklung hinter sich gebracht und freut sich auf unser großes Abenteuer genau wie ich. In this episode, we sail to Nassau. Winds are up and down, but hey we made it (with some motor sailing) in really good time actually.
