Es riecht nach gewünschter Bestechung – ich stelle mich taub. Nach der Prozedur auf der Isla Mujerez steht nun noch das Temporal Import Permit TIP für MariaNoa aus, welches nur in Cancun beantragt werden kann. "Lady Roslyn" is a Grande Large Maestro 4 cabin owners version. The Saba Maestro has a large owner's cabin ensuite on the port side with another queen cabin ensuite on the port side forward. On the starboard side are another 2 queen cabins both ensuite. Also on the starboard side, accessible from starboard fore cabin and via a large deck hatch with folding ladder is the skippers V berth ensuite. On the port side there is another V berth forward, which can be accessed via a clip door in fore cabin shower and via a large deck hatch. Currently it is used for storage of the Code 0 sail and Wingaker parasail, but it can have a V mattress fitted to make a single berth which is not ensuite. So, it is possible to set the boat up to sleep 10. Der Prozess war freundlich und höflich. Bei jeder Bewegung von einer Marina zur nächsten, muss jedes Mal bei der Guardia Frontera aus- und wieder eingecheckt werden. So funktioniert eben ein sozialistischer Überwachungsstaat. Hier in der Marina Hemingway ist die Guardia Frontera besonders gründlich und filzt das Boot komplett. Die bereits verklebte Drohne wird erneut geprüft, die Fahrräder müssen aus der Tiefe der Backskiste geholt werden. Wir hatten gedacht, dass dies nur beim Ein- und ggf. beim Ausklarieren erfolgt und sind ziemlich genervt. Ich hasse es einfach, wenn jemand in meinen Unterhosen rumwühlt. Immer freundlich bleiben. Es fällt schwer. Kuba leidet unter der Benzinknappheit. Busse fahren nur sporadisch, Taxen sind sehr teuer, da häufig das Benzin auf dem schwarzen Markt besorgt werden muss. Es sind ca. 30 Autominuten in die Innenstadt von Havanna. The SHARKI 39 (Amel), built in 1988, is a remarkable and beautifully maintained sailboat currently based in Greece. The interior is thoughtfully planned and crafted with an emphasis on functionality and comfort, making it a perfect home on the water. The SHARKI 39 features a dependable Perkins Prima 50 engine with a recorded 1932.19 running hours and a newly replaced timing belt. The stainless steel shaft line, HURT gearbox, and a new propeller affirm the high maintenance standard of this vessel. All sails are meticulously checked and cleaned each year to ensure optimal performance. Anchoring equipment includes a CQR anchor, two flat anchors, and an 80m chain, all managed by a Lofrans windlass. Additionally, it features a bow thruster for increased maneuverability. For safety and auxiliary transportation, the sailboat is equipped with a Hercules 3-person dinghy and a life raft. Two Victron Energy solar panels of 115W-12V and one flexible 100W panel ensure sufficient power generation onboard. For navigation, the SHARKI 39 is kitted with a suite of advanced instruments, including a HECTA speedometer and anemometer, a HECTA depth sounder, FURUNO radar, GARMIN GPS, a FURUNO navigation pilot, and FURUNO autopilot. An additional AUTOHELM 3000 autopilot provides redundancy, while a NAUDET barometer and a RADIO OCEAN AIS transmitter receiver aid in communication and weather tracking. Onboard comfort features include a new 20L hot water balloon boiler, diesel heating, an ENO stove, and blackout blinds combined with a mosquito net for the perfect sleep environment. The sailboat also boasts a water filter and an inspection hatch to a fuel tank with a capacity of 340L. A substantial water tank with a 750L capacity supports longer journeys. For controlling the vessel, you have the choice between wheel steering and a tiller. A winter cover and a dedicated cabin for navigating in adverse weather conditions round out the thoughtful features of this well-equipped SHARKI 39 sailboat.
